Bhubaneswar: Classroom teaching for under-graduate (UG) and post-graduate students will commence from October 13 and 17 respectively in colleges and universities across Odisha.
The Higher Education department has written to college principals and PG council chairmen regarding the decision.
In the directive issued by the department, it was stated that the students who have been enrolled to plus three courses in 2022-23 academic session can attend classroom teaching from October 13. Similarly, students got admission into PG courses in the same academic session will access classroom from October 17.
The Higher Education department has also directed the concerned college and university authorities to allot hostel to the students who have applied for the same.
The classroom teaching had been hit hard for the last two years due to Covid induced lockdown.
