Odisha Teacher To Receive National Award From Prez In New Delhi

Bhubaneswar/Koraput: The Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) has nominated a teacher from Koraput district to confer him with national teacher award on the occasion of Teacher’s Day in New Delhi.

According to sources,  Pabitra Mohan Dash is among 46 teachers in the country selected to receive the honour from President Ram Nath Kovind at Vigyan Bhawan on September 5 in New Delhi.

Dash is currently serving as the Assistant Teacher at Project Upper Primary School in Khataluguda in Boriguma area of Koraput district. He has been recognised for his selfless service towards his duty.

Besides, he teaches the students with utmost sincerity and dedication. Students love to be taught by him. Apart from the academic curriculum, he teach the students yoga, art and other extra-curricular activities.

Notably, the HRD Ministry selects some of the teachers across the country for their exceptional contribution in their profession and confer them with national teacher award on September 5.
