Odisha SRC Thanks MHA For Releasing Rs 500 Cr Advance Aid In 24 Hrs
Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Home Affairs has released Rs 500 Cr advance aid to Odisha towards the lass and damage caused by Cyclone Amphan.
It may be mentioned here that Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday announced the aid after reviewing the cyclone-hit areas of Odisha through an aerial survey.
Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) of Odisha, Pradeep Jena, has thanked the Prime Minister, PMO and the MHA for releasing the fund in less than 24 hours of the announcement.
