Odisha Sees Four More Omicron Cases, Count Stands At Eight


Bhubaneswar: Four more cases of the Covid-19 Omicron variant have been detected in Odisha, informed Institute of Life Sciences (ILS) in Bhubaneswar on Sunday.

With these new cases, total number of infected in the state rises to eight. The detection of the Omicron variant of Covid-19 has been reported to the State Health Department.

Earlier, Odisha had first reported two cases of Omicron on December 21 after than the deadly virus tally in the State subsequently jumped to eight so far.
