Odisha Reports 63 New COVID-19 Cases

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 caseload on Thursday went up to 3,36,460 after 63 more people tested positive for the virus, according to the latest figures by the State I&PR department.

The state also registered recovery of 88 patients taking the total number of cured people to 3,33,788.

The new cases were detected in 20 of the state’s 30 districts, with 39 reported from different quarantine centres, while the remaining 24 are local contact cases.

Sundargarh district recorded the highest of 10 new cases followed by Bargarh (7).

18. Sambalpur: 6
19. Sundargarh: 10
20. State Pool: 1

Currently, the state has 706 active COVID-19 cases.
