Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 caseload climbed to 3,33,127 on Saturday with 178 more people testing positive for the disease, according to the State I&PR department data.
Of the fresh cases detected from 23 of the 30 districts, 103 were reported from different quarantine centres and the remaining are local-contact cases.
Sundergarh district recorded the highest of 30 new infections followed by Sambalpur (24) and Jharsuguda (23).

Odisha now has 2,087 active cases, while 3,29,088 people have so far recovered from the disease.
The state has thus far conducted 73,46,098 sample tests for COVID-19.
