Odisha Police, DGP Salutes Martyrs On 63rd Police Commemoration Day

Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of the 63rd Police Commemoration Day on Friday, Odisha DGP Sunil Bansal paid homage to all the Police Martyrs who laid down their lives in the line of duty.

The 63rd Police Commemoration Day was observed at the State Police Headquarters in Cuttack, where the DGP also conveyed deep condolences to the bereft family members of the martyred jawans.

The Police Commemoration Day is being observed nationwide on this day (October 21) since 1959 to mark the martyrdom of 10 CRPF Jawans who sacrificed their lives in Ladakh for the sake of our motherland after fighting bravely with the Chinese soldiers then.
