Bhubaneswar: Odisha Mining Corporation has contributeed Rs 500 crore to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to support State government’s efforts in controlling COVID-19 situation.
The corporation also declared Rs 250 crore as interim dividend for FY 2019-20.
The deadly virus has till now claimed 11 lives and above 500 have been tested positive. Contribution are being made from around the country to fight the infection.
On Tuesday, the Odisha Small Industries Corporation (OSIC) had announced to donate Rs 3 lakh o the COVID-19 Fund under the Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMRF).
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had also donated his three months’ salary to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF).
