Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government today approved the proposal to spend Rs 510 crore for the construction of 300 posh quarters at MLA Colony at Unit-IV in Bhubaneswar.
Accordingly, a decision has been taken by the State Cabinet meeting for the construction of 195 Type-VI and 105 Type-VII quarters at MLA Colony and G.A. Land in Bhubaneswar on a Turnkey basis.
“The State Cabinet have approved the negotiated Turnkey Tender of lowest quoting bidder M/s KEC International Ltd amounting to Rs 510,00,00,000.00 (Rupees five hundred ten crores) only for the execution of the above work. The work is targeted for completion within a period of 30 (Thirty) calendar months,” read a cabinet press note.
