Odisha Govt To Provide 3.125 Acres Of Land For Establishment Of NCDC Branch In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has decided to provide 3.125 acres of land for the establishment of a branch of the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) at Andharua on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.

The State Government have decided to provide Government land measuring Ac. 3.125 dec. in favour of the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), New Delhi, Govt. of India.

According to a state cabinet press note, the 3.125 acres of land will be free of premium, free of incidental charges, free of Stamp duty and free of Registration Charges but subject to payment of Rs.1/- per annum towards annual ground rent and cess for the establishment of a branch of National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) at Mouza-Andharua under Bhubaneswar tahasil of Khordha district.
