Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government effected a reshuffle in the IPS and IFS cadre officers on Wednesday.
While IPS Narasingha Bhol, who is at present IGP, northern range, Sambalpur, has been transferred and posted as IGP, central range, Cuttack, IFS S.K. Popli, has been transferred and posted as PCCF (Kendu leaf) Odisha.
As per a notification issued by the Home Department, 1997 batch IPS Diptesh Kumar Pattanayak was transferred and posted as IG, Prisons. He is currently working as IGP, Eastern Range, Balasore.
2003 batch IPS HK Lal, who is at present IG, prisons was transferred and posted as IGP, eastern range, Balasore.
2004 batch IPS Deepak Kumar, who was on the central deputation, was posted as DIGP, northern range, Sambalpur following his return.
Also, OPS RK Paikray, at present DCP, Headquarters, Bhubaneswar was transferred and posted as SP, Deogarh.
OPS DP Tripathy, at present ADCP, Bhubaneswar was transferred and posted as SRP, Cuttack.
According to a notification issued by the Forest and Environment Department, 25 IFS officers have been transferred in the reshuffling.
Uma Nanduri, IFS (RR-1993), CCF (CAMPA). Office of the PCCF/CE, OMBADC was transferred and posted as APCCF (FC) and Nodal Officer with an additional charge of CE, OMBADC.
Prem Kumar Jha, IFS (RR-1993). PD, WFP & SMD OBDA, Bhubaneswar & CE, State Medicinal Plant Board, Bhubaneswar has been transferred and posted as APCCF (PP&A) with an additional charge of CEO, CAMPA, and SMPB & OBDA.
Ramesh Chandra Sethy. IFS (SFS-1990), CCF (KL) Sambalpur was transferred and posted as CCF, office of the PCCF, Odisha.
Amitav Brahma, IFS (SFS-2003), CCF (Nodal). Office of the PCCF, Odisha was transferred and posted as CCF (P&A) and PD, WFP.
Sudarsan Patra, IFS (SFS-2006). OFO, Cuttack (T) Division has been transferred and posted as CF (KL). Cuttack Circle.
Aswini Kumar Kar, IFS (SFS-2006). DFO, Rayagada (T) Division was transferred and posted as in-charge of RCCF, Bhawanipatna Circle.
Arun Kumar Mishra, IFS (SFS-2006), DFO, Rairangpur (T) Division was transferred and posted as in-charge of RCCF. Rourkela Circle.
Sudeep Nayak, IFS (SFS-2008), Instructor. OFRC, Angul has been transferred and posted as Director, OFRC, Angul.

Kedar Kumar Swain, IFS (SFS-2006). DFO. Chandaka (WL) Division was transferred and posted as the CF. office of the PCCF, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
