Puri: Odisha Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal paid obeisance to Lord Jagannath and his siblings from Singhadwar of Srimandir here on Sunday.
Prof Lal had to offer his prayers from Sindghadwar as he was not equipped with corona negative report. The Governor prayed for the prosperity and well being of the people of Odisha.
A number of devotees armed with corona positive report offered their prayers inside Srimandir. The temple administration said a meeting will be convened at the end January to discuss on the entry of devotees.
The Temple Administrator said the health department will be consulted on the matter of coronavirus guideline and added that smooth management of darshan will be done in the coming weeks.
