Odisha: Daily COVID-19 Death Count Drops Below 4, Toll Rises To 1,871
Bhubaneswar: As many as three persons succumbed to deadly COVID-19 across the State in last 24 hours, which pushed the total death toll to 1,871, informed the health department.
With these three fatalities, the State recorded its lowest Covid deaths so far.
While Bhadrak recorded one death, Balangir and Puri saw one death each. The health department has also shared the details of the deaths.
1.A 67-year-old male of Bhadrak district.
2.A 65-year-old female of Balangir district who was also suffering from Hypertension.
3. A 61-year-old male of Puri district
The State now has 2,607 active cases as 3,24,775 patients infected with the virus have recovered, health officials said.
