Bhubaneswar: Few parts in Odisha are very much likely to witness a significant drop in night temperature during the next three days, predicted the India Meteorological Department on Tuesday.
According to a bulletin issued by the regional weather office, the mercury is expected to dip further by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius with interior regions of the state reporting a significant drop in the temperature.
Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Jharsuguda, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Khordha, and Sundargarh may experience light to moderate fog at a few locations, the IMD predicted.
As per the weather office, the cloudy weather prevailing in the State is very much likely to change from today with the skies remaining clear.

“While most parts of Odisha are likely to witness a dry condition, cloudy condition is very much likely to prevail in some regions in the coastal areas. Shallow to moderate fog condition is likely to be witnessed in Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Sundargarh, Jagatsinghpur, Khordha, Cuttack and Jharsuguda districts,” said Manorama Mohanty, director of Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre.
