Odisha: 263 Fresh COVID-19 Cases, Tally Rises To 3,27,542

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 caseload on Thursday surged to 3,27,542 after 263 more people tested positive for the infection, said the State I&PR department.

The new cases were detected in 23 of the 30 districts of Odisha, with 151 reported from different quarantine centres and 112 local contact cases.

Angul reported the highest of 45 new positive cases followed by Sundargarh (41), Cuttack (29).

The State currently has 2,991active COVID-19 cases, while as many as 3,22,648 patients have recovered from the infection.

The State has so far conducted 67,37,322 sample tests for COVID-19.
