Koraput: Jeypore’s Biswanath Nayak has won a gold medal for Indian in weight lifting in the International Strength Lifting and Inexin Bench Press Championship held in Kathmandu recently.
More than 500 athletes from nine countries participated in this competition organised by the Nepal Strength Lifting Federation. Nayak represented India in the Masters category.
