Bhubaneswar: Noted Writer Ramachandra Behera has been awarded Atibadi Jagannath Das Award. This is presented by Odisha Sahitya Akademi for lifetime contribution to Odia literature.
The other fifteen writers to be felicitated are Debendra Kumar Dash, Girija Shankar Sharma, Ashok Kumar Patnaik, Babaji Charan Patnaik, Baidhar Sahu, Jivan Krushna Mohapatra, Digaraj Brahma, Rudranarayan Prusti, Soubhagini Mishra, Swarajyalaxmi Mishra, Krupasindhu Nayak, Nirmalprava Nayak, Rassheswari Mishra, Radhabinod Nayak and Maheswar Mulia.
The award-giving and felicitation function for the year 2020 will be held at a special function, according to a notification issued by Odisha Sahitya Academy.
