Nine new COVID-19 positive cases detected, 18 cured in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Only nine new COVID-19 positive cases have been detected under the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) area in the last 24 hours.

As per BMC, of the nine new COVID-19 positive cases, two are Quarantine Cases and all are linked with earlier positive cases. Besides, seven are Local Contact Cases.

This apart, 18 persons have also recovered from the infection of Novel Coronavirus.

So far a total of 31,656 COVID-19 positive cases have been detected in Bhubaneswar, out of which, 218 are active cases while 31,175 persons have recovered and 242 persons have succumbed to the deadly infection of COVID-19.
