Bhubaneswar: The Executive Officer of Nimapara NAC, Sashibhusan Behera, has been suspended for disobedience of government orders, poor governance, callous attitude & gross negligence in duties.
The Housing & Urban Development Department has issued an official order into this effect today.
A disciplinary proceeding has been initiated against Sashibhusan Mishra, ORS, Executive Officer, Nimapara NAC for disobedience of government orders, poor governance, callous attitude, insubordination, gross negligence in duties, non-performance, and dereliction in Govt. duty.
Mishra has been placed under suspension with immediate effect in terms of Rule-12(1)(a) of the O.C.S(C.C.A) Rule, 1962 until further orders.
During the period of suspension, the Head Quarter of Mishra shall be the Office of the Project Director, DRDA, Puri and he shall not leave Head Quarters without obtaining the prior permission of the competent authority, the order read.
He shall be entitled to the payment of subsistence allowance in accordance with Rule-90 of the Odisha Service Code, the order further mentioned.
