Bhubaneswar: Odisha is all set to organise ‘Odisha Investors’ Meet in Hyderabad on October 17 with the support of FICCI as the State gears up for the third edition of its marquee business conclave- ‘Make In Odisha’ to be held from November 30 to December 4.
CM Naveen Patnaik is scheduled to attend the event and meet top industrialists to discuss business opportunities in Odisha.
Hyderabad is the next venue for the mega event after Dubai, Delhi, Mumabai, Bengaluru.
Patnaik will hold one-to-one talk with business leaders. He will address a gathering of top industrialists, investors, business leaders and entrepreneurs at Hotel Taj krishna on October 17.
Odisha has already organized road shows in Mumbai, inviting investments in IT, metal downstream, renewable energy, chemicals, plastics and advanced electronic manufacturing sectors.
The third edition of the Make-in-Odisha Conclave, scheduled to be held here from November 30 to December 4, aims to showcase the manufacturing prowess of the state and investment opportunities across sectors, the officials said.
The earlier two editions were held in 2016 and 2018. In 2016, the state received investment proposals worth over USD 30 billion and in 2018, investment intents were valued at over USD 50 billion, they said.
