Naveen welcomes 4.5 crore Odias to swearing-in ceremony
Bhubaneswar: As the stage is set for a grand swearing-in ceremony of BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik as the Chief Minister of Odisha, he extended invitations to all the populace of the state to the event.
Taking to the micro-blogging site, Naveen welcomed the 4.5 crore Odias to the event. Considering the Biju Janata Dal government as the government of the people, Patnaik urged the populace to pledge to build a new Odisha.

Patnaik will take oath as the Chief Minister for the fifth time in a row at 10.30 am on Wednesday. More than 5,000 people are expected to attend Patnaik’s swearing-in.
This time, Patnaik will take oath at IDCO Exhibition Ground here. Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal will administer the oath of office to Patnaik and his council of ministers.
Director General of Police R P Sharma and other senior officers reviewed the security arrangements at the new venue.
Notably, Patnaik-led BJD has secured 112 seats in the 147-member Odisha Assembly.
