Mumbai: Several persons including a former participant in the TV reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ were detained after Nashik Police in Maharashtra busted a rave party on Sunday.
Twenty-two persons, including actors and choreographers, have been detained from the adjoining villas in Igatpuri.
The police raided two adjoining villas, Sky Taj Villa and Sky Lagoon Villa, in Nashik’s Igatpuri, 120 km away from Mumbai, on the basis of a tip-off. These are the same villas where the detained individuals had organized a birthday party for Mumbai resident Piyush Sethia.
Among those detained by the people are actors and choreographers working with the Hindi film and television industry. Officials confirmed that 12 of the detained individuals are women and one of them was even a participant in the TV reality show ‘Bigg Boss’. At the same time, four other women detained by the police are linked to the South Indian film industry.
