Kendrapara: A clash between a motorist and police emerged during helmet checking at Tilamuhani Chhakk in Kendrapara district.
As per available information, cops were conducting a helmet checking routine on Tilamuhani Chhakk when they intercepted a biker for not wearing the safety gear and violating the traffic norm.
Irked over the same, the motorist allegedly engaged in an altercation with the officials on duty following which a scuffle erupted.
While the biker alleged that the cops hurled abuses at him first, the police claimed that the motorist allegedly misbehaved with the on-duty female ASI.
