New Delhi: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday trained guns at the Opposition saying “PM SVANidhi Yojana doesn’t go to cronies.”
She fired a salvo at Congress and iterated that Modi government works for the common people and not for cronies.
Replying to the discussion on the Union Budget in Lok Sabha on Saturday, Sitharaman said Rs 10,000 is given to 50 lakh street vendors as working capital for one year and they are not party’s cronies.
The Finance Minister said their cronies are the common ‘janta’ of this country.
