Bhubaneswar: The family members of Shobangini Gartia at Diptipur Tala village in Bargarh district have thanked Mo Parivar for timely medical assistance.
Gartia who was undergoing treatment at Amri Hospital here following cardiac complications, however, succumbed to her illness on Tuesday.
The Mo Parivar officials have arranged transportation of the mortal remains of Gartia to her native place.
Reports said on January 17 Gartia was admitted at Bargarh’s Bikash Multi hospital following chest pain. As the hospital did not have adequate treatment facilities on cardiac-related complications, her son decided to take her to Amri Hospital.
But, while transit her condition deteriorated and therefore her son admitted her to Burla hospital for immediate treatment. Like the previous hospital, this one also did not have adequate treating facilities on cardiac-related illness.
On January 18, Gartia was shifted to Amri Hospital for emergency treatment. The Additional Tehsildar in Bhubaneswar had informed CM’s office to assist Gartia through Mo Parivar initiative. Accordingly, Mo Paribar team ensured his treatment at the hospital through Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana.
