Boudh: Unidentified miscreants allegedly broke into the Lord Hanuman temple situated amid the river Mahanadi at the Town police station area and looted ornaments of the deity.
The incident came to light when the temple priest reached the temple in the morning and noticed the ornaments of the deities missing.
Afterwards, he immediately informed the temple authority about this. The authorities then called the police. The police on intimation reached the temple and launched an investigation into this matter.
