Deogarh: On her way back home from tuition, a 12-yr-old girl student was allegedly abducted and raped at a village under Riamal police limits in Deogarh. Meanwhile, two persons were arrested by local police.
According to sources, the incident came to the fore when the parents of the victim lodged a complaint with Riamal police on Thursday.
The girl was abducted by unidentified miscreants when she was returning from tuition and raped in an isolated place. After returning home, she narrated her woes to her parents.
They then approached the police and filed a complaint. Following this, police launched a manhunt and nabbed two accused. Further investigations are underway.
