Rayagada: A mentally-challenged minor tribal girl was allegedly raped by a youth under Town Police Station limits in Rayagada district.
According to reports, the matter came to light after the victim lodged a complaint in this regard.
Based on the plaint, police have registered a case and initiated probe.
Meanwhile, the accused is absconding after the incident, said sources.
