Balasore: A man was killed while another person sustained critical injuries after a tractor they were travelling on overturned in at Hatikhulia village under Nilagiri police limits in Balasore district.
The deceased has been identified as Budhiram Singh (25).
As per reports, the driver was in an inebriated condition when the incident occurred. The driver lost control over the wheels and the vehicle turned turtle.
Following the mishap, Budhiram died on the spot while another sustained grievous injuries.
On receiving information, police reached the spot and launched a probe in this regard.
