Sundergarh: Police on Wednesday arrested a man for allegedly raping his sister-in-law in Matiadera area under Tangarpalli police station limits in the district.
Reportedly, the matter came to fore, after the victim lodged a complaint against the accused in the local police station. The victim alleged that his brother-in-law took her to an isolated place and outraged her modesty.
On the basis of the FIR, police detained the accused person for questioning and launched an investigation into the matter.
