Man Held For Hurling Bomb On Crop Trader In Bhubaneswar Outskirts

Balakati: Balianta police have apprehended a man for allegedly hurling a bomb on a crop trader in the outskirts of Bhubaneswar on June 17. The arrestee has been identified as Brajkishore Nayak (32) of Anthua village.

As per reports, the incident took place while one Sadashiv Mishra, a rice trader, was heading towards Bhinajarpur when the accused hurled bomb on him. Following this, Sadashiv sustained grievous injuries. Later, he was admitted to a private hospital.

Police had registered a case (17/21) in this regard. After pertinent efforts police managed to nab the accused and forwarded him to court.
