Bhadrak: A man was beaten to death by his wife, three sons and daughter over a family feud at Daulatapur village under Pirahat police station limits in Bhadrak district.
The deceased has been identified as Babula Das.
According to reports, a heated altercation ensued between Babula and his family over some reason. Irked over the matter, Babula’s wife, three sons and daughter allegedly attacked him with iron rods and sticks leaving him critically injured.
On getting information, police reached the spot and rushed Babula to a nearby hospital. However, the doctor declared him dead.
Police have registered a case (186/22) under relevant sections of IPC and initiated an investigation in this regard.
