Mamita Meher Murder Case: Accused Gobinda Sahu To Be Taken On 5-Day Remand

Bolangir: Bangomunda JMFC Court here on Wednesday granted the police to take Gobinda Sahu, prime accused in the murder case of Mamita Meher, on a five-day remand.

During the remand period, the cops are likely to quiz the accused on the possible involvement of others in the crime.

Earlier in the day, Gobinda had confessed to his crime during the interrogation by Bolangir police.

Based on the statement of the accused, police detained three persons including, Sahu’s associate Radhe, JCB driver and stadium clerk.
