Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday informed about a cyclonic circulation that lies over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Andaman Sea.
It is likely to move west-northwestwards, the statement added.
As per IMD, under its influence, a low-pressure area will likely form over the Central parts of the Bay of Bengal around October 20.
