New Delhi: French trend home Louis Vuitton has added a new smartwatch to its portfolio by launching a brand-new mannequin referred to as the Tambour Horizon Light Up. The Louis Vuitton Tambour Horizon Light Up runs on a custom-designed operating system rather than Google’s Wear OS. 

The smartwatch also has a dial ring with LED lights for notifications. The new wristwatch includes Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 4100 SoC and a dedicated heart-rate monitor.

Specification 

In terms of specifications, the Louis Vuitton Tambour Horizon Light Up uses a 1.2-inch full-circle AMOLED display with a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels and a pixel density of 320ppi. The display is protected by sapphire glass. Additionally, the watch is powered by a Snapdragon Wear 4100, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of onboard storage. 

The sensors on the Louis Vuitton Tambour Horizon Light Up include a heart rate monitor, accelerometer, gyroscope, and ambient light sensor. This luxury smartwatch also offers features including a “My Day” feature that allows you to track your heart rate, calendar, steps, weather, and air quality index. There’s also a “My Trips” feature that lets you prepare your travel plans and get boarding information right on your wrist. 

Connectivity options on the Tambour Horizon Light Up include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, and NFC. The smartwatch is compatible with devices running at least Android 9.0, iOS 14, and HarmonyOS 2.0. It is also MFi (Made for iPhone) certified. 

Louis Vuitton claims that the Tambour Horizon Light Up can last a full day on a single charge.
