New Delhi: Lava has launched a new affordable smartphone. The latest handset is a good option for users who are looking for a mid-range phone. It gets a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper, a physical rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a rectangular module for dual camera sensors, and a polycarbonate build. The Lava X2 is priced at Rs 6,599 only for the 2GB/32GB model and can be pre-booked from Amazon. It will be available in Cyan and Blue colour options.

Talking about the specification of the latest Lava X2, it sports a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display with a waterdrop-style notch on the front camera. It is equipped with an unknown octa-core MediaTek Helio SoC paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The company has not disclosed which Android version the device will run on.
The handset packs a 5,000mAh battery which takes 3.5 hours to fully charge. It is claimed to provide 38 hours of talk time, 480 hours of standby time and 630 minutes of YouTube playback.
