Jharsuguda: The Jharsuguda district administration has urged people to avoid travelling to other districts except on medical emergencies till July 31.
In a tweet, the district collector said that regulating quarantining returnees from two COVID-19 hotspot districts and one sub-division has not been adequate.
The administration urged upon all the residents of the district to shelve the travel plan beyond the district boundary till July 31.
The Jharsuguda Collector further advised the government functionaries on official assignment to do so by informing the district administration.
The PD, DRDA is the contact point for such communications, the tweet read and added that the district administration is soliciting the cooperation of the people in this regard.
