Islamabad: Pakistan’s Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) chief Masood Azhar refuted reports about his ill health saying his kidney and liver are functioning normally.
Azhar also claimed that “no damage” was done by the air strikes carried out by the Indian Air Force across the Line of Control.
This information was published in the latest weekly edition of terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed’s mouthpiece “Al-Qalam”. The weekly has published Azhar’s column under his known pen name “Saadi”.
Justifying the dastardly act in Pulwama, Azhar said that Kashmiri like Adil Ahmad Dar, the suicide bomber, is doing a great work in the valley.
In his column he said the fire started by Dar will not be extinguished soon.
A Pakistani minister in the Imran Khan government had claimed that Azhar was “very critical” and was undergoing treatment at an Army hospital in the country.
There were speculations that Azhar had died in the air strikes carried out by the IAF in Balakot.
