Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance on Saturday conducted simultaneous raids on the houses and property associated with Jaleswar BDO Ashwini Kumar Das on the allegation of acquisition of disproportionate assets.
On the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack, simultaneous house searches are being conducted by Odisha Vigilance led by 5 DSPs, 9 Inspectors, and other staff at the following six places.
1) Residential double-storeyed building of Das located at Jhinkiria, Sri Krishna Vihar, near Bayalisamouza, Cuttack
2) Triple-storeyed building of Das located at Kalapada near Bayalisamouza, Cuttack
3) Office Room of Das located at Block Office, Jaleswar, Balasore
4) Govt residential quarter of Das located at Jaleswar, Balasore
5) Office room of Jyotirmayee Sahoo (wife of Das) located at Govt Press, Khapuria, Cuttack
6) Relative’s house located at Bhuinpur, Aul, Kendrapara.
