IPL 2022 points table; Orange, Purple Cap standings after LSG vs PBKS
Mumbai: Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) moved up by a spot and replaced Sunrisers Hyderabad to become the 3rd-placed team in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 points table. The KL Rahul-led side successfully defended a target of 154 against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in what could be called a low-scoring encounter.
Gujarat Titans, who have 7 wins from 8 matches, sit at the top spot in the points table. They are followed by Rajasthan Royals. The Sanju Samson-led side has 6 wins from 8 matches. SRH now acquire the 4th spot. Mumbai Indians, who are yet to win a fixture, are placed at the last spot in the points table.
