Bhubaneswar: In order to meet the increased demand for manpower during the ongoing COVID pandemic, six interns of SCB Medical College and Hospital have been deployed to 104 Call Centre, IDCO Tower.
Reportedly, the interns were appointed with immediate effect for smooth management of COVID-19 related work.
The 6 interns are — Dr Arundhati Acharya, Dr Dibya Prakash Acharya, Dr Sourav Acharya, Dr Suman Smith Adhikari, Dr Pawan Agarwal and Dr Anmol Agarwal.
The 104 helpline will provide required guidance has become a major shield to stop spreading of novel coronavirus in the state.
Doctors have been deployed in the centre to provide consultation over phone to people under home quarantine or isolation. The doctor team and members of call centre sit at Smart City office.
