IND vs SA, 2nd Test, Day 3: India Set 240-run Target For South Africa

Johannesburg: India has set a target of 240 runs for South Africa as they were bowled out at 266 in the second innings of the second Test at the Wanderers here on Wednesday.

Hanuma Vihari remained not out for India with his 40-run knock.

On Day 3, the visitors made a good start. However, after the dismissals of Ajinkya Rahane (58) and Cheteshwar Pujara (53), India lost its way.

The pair registered half-centuries to take India’s lead past the 100-run mark.

For SA, Kagiso Rabad, Marco Jansen and Lungi Ngidi picked three wickets each while Duanne Olivier took one.
