IND vs AUS 2nd ODI: Australia win toss, elect to bat first
Sydney: Australia captain Aaron Finch on Sunday won the toss and elected to bat in the second ODI of the ongoing three-match series against India at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).
Virat Kohli made no changes in his Playing XI. Australia were forced to make a change – injured Marcus Stoinis was replaced with Moises Henriques. India would be hoping for a better outcome than the first ODI when they take on Aaron Finch’s Australia in the 2nd ODI.
Australia: Aaron Finch(c), David Warner, Steven Smith, Marnus Labuschagne, Glenn Maxwell, Moises Henriques, Alex Carey(w), Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, Adam Zampa, Josh Hazlewood
India: Shikhar Dhawan, Mayank Agarwal, Virat Kohli(c), Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul(w), Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Navdeep Saini, Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal
Notably, Australia defeated India by 66 runs and took a 1-0 lead in the 1st ODI match on Friday.
Australia rode on centuries from Aaron Finch and Steve Smith and then came up with a good bowling show to take the lead.
