Sundargarh: Hockey stars Stanli Victor Minz and Lilima Minz from Odisha got engaged in a low-key ceremony in Sundargarh on Friday evening.
As per the rituals, both the Indian players celebrated their ring ceremony at Lilima’s village Bihabandh-Tanatoli under Lanjiberna block. Former India captain Sunita Lakra and the players of the ECoR team (Stalin is currently the coach of the team) were present during the ceremony.
Lilima was Stalin’s childhood love. Amid their busy schedule, both of them found the time suitable to tie the nuptial knot. The date of their marriage will be fixed in a day or two by their friends and relatives as part of the ritual.
