Berhampur: Police have busted an illegal gutkha trade and a fake liquor factory in two separate raids in Berhampur of Ganjam district on Friday.
Acting on a tip-off, police conducted raids and seized around 27 bags of gutkha. The cops have also arrested the accused Kalu Patra, who was running a hardware store but was illegally storing gutkha inside the house.
Similarly, a fake foreign liquor manufacturing unit was busted during a raid at Om Nagar. A huge amount of fake liquor has been seized from there.
