Khurda: Police here on Wednesday unearthed an illegal arms manufacturing, seized a huge cache of arms and ammunition.
The police also arrested two people involved in running it. The accused were identified as Dilip Kumar Das and Trilochan Behera.
The seized arms included three country-made pistols and six rounds of live bullets, a senior police official said.
He said the police also recovered several semi-finished arms besides various tools and instruments and raw materials to manufacture guns.
Khordha SP Alekh Chandra Pahi informed that over 25 cases have been registered against the two accused at various police stations.
