I will serve Goa till my last breath, says Manohar Parrikar


Panaji: The ailing  Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday hit back at Congress and his critics that he is in full consciousness.

Parrikar said that he would serve the state until his last breath. The Goa chief minister who also holds Finance Ministry portfolio on Wednesday presented the annual budget of the state.

He was seen with a tube inserted through his nose.

The chief minister’s remarks came in response to Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) president Girish Chodankar’s comment that Parrikar should come back to ‘hosh’ before speaking about ‘josh’.

The Goa CM had inaugurated a 5.1 km-long bridge across the river Mandovi started his speech with Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal’s punchline from the film Uri.
