New Delhi: Huawei recently unveiled Huawei P50 series in China. The new sequence consists of the Huawei P50 and the P50 Pro, focusing on the digicam efficiency, the brand new telephones characteristic spectacular digicam setups together with distinctive design. However, neither of the telephones assist 5G.

Huawei P50, Huawei P50 Pro Pricing

The Huawei P50 comes in Golden Black, Cocoa Gold and Pearl White colour option. The Huawei P50 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at CNY 4488 (Rs. 51,620), while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs CNY 4988 yuan (Rs. 57,392). The device will go on sale in September. As far as the pricing of the Huawei P50 Pro model goes, it is priced at CNY 5988 (Rs. 68,868) for which you get a 8GB RAM + 128GB Snapdragon 888 SoC model. The Kirin 9000 chipset version comes in two RAM and storage configurations. The P50 Pro 8GB RAM + 256GB model and 8GB RAM + 512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 6488 (Rs 74,614) and CNY 7488 (Rs 86,115) respectively. The Kirin versions will go on sale in China from August 12th, while the Snapdragon 888 version will not go on sale until December this year.

There’s also a top-end 12GB RAM + 512GB version (Collector’s Edition) which comes in two colour options. The Golden Black colour model costs CNY 8488 (Rs. 97,600), while the Dynamic Sky Blue variant is priced at CNY 7988 (Rs. 91,850).

Huawei P50, P50 Pro Specifications, Features

Speaking about the Huawei P50 specs first, it comes with a 6.5-inch OLED display that has 2700 x 1224 pixels resolution. The display panel has a 90Hz refresh rate and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 888 SoC. The phone packs 8GB of RAM and is available in 128GB/256GB storage configuration. As for the software, the device runs HarmonyOS 2 out of the box. In terms of imaging purpose, the phone features a triple-camera setup which consists of a 50MP main camera that has a f/1.8 aperture. The 50MP sensor is accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide camera and a 12MP periscope telephoto camera which has 5x zoom, OIS, and a f/3.4 aperture. On the front side, the device sports a 13MP camera.

For connectivity purpose, the handset has dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.2 LE, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The device packs a 4100mAh (typical) battery that offers 66W fast charging support. Moving onto the Huawei P50 Pro specs, it features a 6.6-inch curved OLED display that has FHD+ 2700 x 1224 pixels resolution. The display panel has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. As mentioned above, the device comes in two versions – the one with Snapdragon 888 SoC and other one with Kirin 9000 chipset. The phone packs 8GB of RAM and comes in 128GB/256GB/512GB storage configuration. There’s a top-end model as well which packs 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The device features a quad-camera setup which includes a 50MP main camera that has f/1.8 aperture and OIS support. The 50MP sensor is accompanied by a 40MP Mono camera, 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 64MP telephoto camera which has 90mm focal length(3.9x magnification), digital zoom up to 2,700mm focal length (up to 200x), OIS support, and an f/3.5 aperture.

The device features a 13MP camera on the front side. The smartphone packs a 4360mAh (typical) battery that has 66W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging support. Connectivity-wise, the phone has a dual 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.2 LE, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port. The other features the device offer include a Stereo speaker, in-display fingerprint sensor, and IP68 rating.
