Cuttack: The Orissa High Court on Thursday dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking a special audit of COVID death numbers in the State.
The High Court dismissed the plea due to faulty PIL application, it was learned.
However, taking the matter seriously, the Orissa HC has asked to inform whether a proper inquiry has been done by the Health Secretary in this regard.
