Ganjam man’s death in Abu Dhabi; family seeks admin’s help to bring back body


Ganjam: The family members of  a 40-year-old man of Ganjam district, who died in heart attack in Abu Dhabi of United Arab Emirates, have sought government’s help to bring back his body.

According to sources, Kumar Sadhav of Pathara village under Khallikote block had gone to work in a company named Almond Sori Enterprises LLC in Dubai. He had been working there for the past one year and came home recently on vacation.

On August 2, while working in the company Sadhav complained of chest pain. He was being rushed to a hospital when he died. Later, the agent who took Sadhav to Abu Dhabi informed the family members about his death.

Sadhav’s family members have sought the help of the government for bringing back his body.

On being informed, District collector of Ganjam, Vijay Amruta Kulange assured the family members to bring back the body of the deceased and as soon as possible and also said that government will also help the family members for claiming necessary compensation from the company.

Rural Labour inspector, Shree Rao collected details information from family members, sources added.
